The thing that you really need to realize, is how branding creates trust. When your brand becomes popular within your niche market, people feel as though they know you. Think about yourself in your day to day life. Do you prefer to buy something from an absolute stranger, or someone who you know? Also, do you place more credence on a recommendation which is made by an absolute stranger, or someone who you know? Of course, you prefer dealing with people who you know, for the most part. Building your personal brand allows people to trust you, because they feel, as though they know you.

I would be remiss if I simply assumed that everyone who is reading this article is 100% on board with personal branding. The fact of the matter is that I am certain that many of you feel as though you just do not have the ability or time to take on such a feat. Therefore, you either have already stopped reading this article, or you will read it and forget about it, looking for the next avenue to make money fast.
